General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope of application
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and products offered by En Vogue Coiffure in Zurich.
1.2 By using our services, you agree to these GTC.
2. Contractual partner
2.1 The contract for services is concluded with En Vogue Group AG.

3. Services and prices
3.1 The services offered include hairdressing services. A detailed description of the services can be found on our website or on site at the studio.
3.2 The prices for services and products are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory value added tax. We reserve the right to change prices.
4. Appointments and cancellations
4.1 Appointments can be made by telephone, email or online.
4.2 Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Later cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment or no-shows will be charged in full.
5. Payment
5.1 Payment is made immediately after the service in cash, by credit card or via mobile payment.
6. Liability and warranty
6.1 We accept no liability for allergic reactions or other health complaints that may arise from the products we use. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any allergies or skin sensitivities before the start of treatment.
6.2 Chemical Reactions and Hair Treatments: We take the safety of our clients and the integrity of their hair very seriously. In the event of a chemical reactionduring a treatment, including but not limited to reactions caused by previous color treatments, Henna, or other chemical residues, we reserve the right to interrupt or discontinue the service.
While we strive to achieve the desired results, we cannot be held responsible for unexpected reactions due to prior treatments that were not disclosed by the client. By proceeding with the treatment, the client acknowledges and accepts this risk.
6.3 Photo Documentation: The salon reserves the right to take photos of the client’s hair to document the treatment performed and to provide evidence in the event of complaints or disputes. These photos will not be used for advertising or any other public purposes unless the client has given explicit consent.
6.4 By booking an appointment, the customer confirms that none of the aforementioned conditions apply. If you are unsure, please consult us in advance.
7. Compensation for damage or soiling
7.1 If furniture or other furnishings are damaged or excessively soiled by the customer or their companions, we reserve the right to charge for the repair, cleaning or replacement of the damaged items. The amount of compensation shall be based on the actual cost of restoring the items to their original condition or replacing them.
7.2 The customer is obliged to pay the costs incurred within 10 days of receiving the invoice.
8. Data protection
8.1 Your personal data will be treated confidentially and used only for the purpose of providing the services.
9. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
9.1 Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
9.2 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is the registered office.
10. Final provisions
10.1 Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
